Payment Options (January 2012)
(a 2% service fee is added for
online payment):
- 1 time per week - 14 sessions:
- RETURNING STUDENTS: $420.00 (or pay in full and
pay $400.00 ($408.00 for online payment))
- 2 times per week - 30 sessions: $825.00 + 2% = $841.50

- Online payment of $50.00 + 2% non-refundable deposit, balance
paid by cash or money order.
| All payments are final
and non-refundable for any reason. This includes
injury, sickness, withdrawal, etc. There are several
expenses associated with Instructors / Facilities /
Training Equipment / Academy Training and more.
These advance expenses are the reason for this
policy. Thank you for your understanding and
cooperation. |

according to skill and age as appropriate.
