Velocity Enhancement - Ramping Phase - Throw Hard be Awesome!

Weighted ball throwing program for all players 14+.  All positions are welcome to join and will benefit from this program.  The program provides 3x per week throwing options.  We suggest the athlete attends a minimum of 2x per week to get adequate results.  Over the past 2 years of using the program our athletes have gained between 2-8mph  oh their long toss throw.  This is not a program that works on technique of throwing, but more so output and strengthening of existing throwing motion.

Position specific throwing will blend program to suit your position with useable velocity!

*Last year players gained an average of 6mph from this program.  The lowest gain was 3mph the highest gain was 11mph!!

Sessions:  1hr in length

Cost: $700 (gst includ)

Dates:  January 10 - April 9th, 2019 (39 available sessions)

(No sessions Family Day)

Days: M - 8pm-9:15pm /W - 8:30-9:30pm /F  - 5:15pm-6:15pm
