IP ACADEMY - WINTER
PITCHER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Inside Pitch Baseball Academy is pleased to offer a
winter Pitcher Development program at our new facility. IP
Academy instructors will help you analyze your delivery, and
will get you on the right track to great mechanics, drills to
support those mechanics, and will help you with other important
aspects of being on the mound. The IP Academy instructors are
up-to-date with the latest information and teaching techniques.
All instructors follow the IP Academy protocols, insuring a
consistent, professional learning experience. Winter Pitching
Development groups are made up of 8 students. Two instructors
are present for the lessons, which include dynamic warm-up,
mechanics drills, form throwing, bullpen work, mental approach,
and Jobe tubing exercises for the rotator cuff. Lessons are
1hr15min to 1hr30min start to finish, depending on the age of the
student. Upon signing up for the Inside Pitch Off-Season
pitching program each pitcher will receive an initial velocity
measurement at no additional cost. Armed with this knowledge
instructors and students of the IP Academy will be ready to make
serious improvements over the course of the winter season
(October - April). This approach will enable students to excel
past the competition come game time!
- Pitchers will throw off a
professional indoor pitching mound.
- It is a good idea to book lessons as early as August as
sessions fill up quickly and there are a limited number
of spaces available. (register online, by phone
at (306) 591-6165, or email
lessons@insidepitch.ca)
- All lessons are booked and confirmed through IP Academy
owner and Director of Player Development, Morgan Reiter.
